We take work at both ends of this list. If your budget is small and specific, say so in your note — we'll tell you plainly what it buys, or tell you if we're the wrong studio for it. Nobody's time gets wasted.

   You send a short note

   A paragraph is enough — what you want, roughly when, and roughly what you can spend. You get a real reply from the person who would do the work, within one business day.

2. 02

   We look at what you already have

   Most businesses aren't starting from nothing. If you're running services like Square, Mailchimp or QuickBooks, we can generally connect to them — so you keep what already works and only change what doesn't. If something genuinely isn't serving you, we'll say so and tell you why, even when the answer is that you need less from us. And when it helps, we sit with your team and watch how the work actually gets done — the best improvements usually come from noticing where people are fighting their tools, not from a feature wishlist.

3. 03

   We scope it together

   A call or an email thread, whichever you prefer. You get it in writing: a fixed price or an honest range, what is included, and — just as important — what is not.

4. 04

   We build in the open

   Your project goes up at a real URL you can visit while it is being built. You see it come together and can course-correct early, instead of holding your breath for a big reveal.

5. 05

   We launch, train you, and you own it

   Anything we migrate comes across properly, and we show you and your team how to actually run the thing — at your pace, in plain language. Handover is real: the code, the domain, the data, the accounts, yours to take anywhere whether or not you stay with us.

6. 06

   We keep it running

   Backed up, monitored, patched, with restores that get tested rather than assumed. When something breaks at 2am, we are usually already on it before you have noticed.
