What we collect

From the contact form:

• Your name and email address.
• The service you're interested in and your message.
• Basic context your browser sends — user-agent, and if you arrived from a link or ad, the referring page and any campaign tags in the URL. Only used to understand which of our own efforts brought you here.

If you have an account with us (the client portal or studio console):

• Your name, email, and sign-in credentials, held in our self-hosted identity system. We never see your password — it is hashed there and never reaches this application.
• Your invoices and payment history.

We use no third-party advertising trackers, and the site sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in, which is required for the site to function.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on, or seen by, our systems. We keep the resulting invoice records — amounts, dates, and status.

Data on sites we build and host

This policy covers razielstudios.com. When we build or host a site for a client, any personal data that site collects belongs to that client, who decides what is collected and why. We only process it on their instructions in order to run the service, and their privacy policy governs it — not this one.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the service run: our email provider for delivery, and Stripe for payments. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Our infrastructure is our own — your data is not sitting in some third party's marketing platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Not now, not ever.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep contact submissions and business records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Email hello@razielstudios.com to access, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you, and we'll take care of it promptly — no forms, no runaround.

These terms cover this website and the client portal. Actual project work is governed by the separate written agreement or quote we sign with you — where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account we believe is being used to harm the service or another customer.

Fees

Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice. Recurring plans (Care Plans) bill monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — you keep everything either way. Quoted project work is priced in writing before it starts.

What you own

Your content, your code, your domain, your data, your accounts — yours. On final payment for a project, the work we produced for you is yours to take anywhere, whether or not you stay with us. We keep ownership of our own general-purpose tools and libraries, and grant you the right to keep using them in the work we delivered.

Availability and liability

This website and portal are provided as-is; we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. Any uptime commitments for a hosted service live in that client's agreement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to this website or portal is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If we change anything material, we'll revise the date at the top before it takes effect.
